Shendong Coal’s First Ground Substation Intelligent Robot Put into Use
On January 23, 2023, the first ground substation intelligent inspection robot of Shendong Coal, a subsidiary of China Energy, began working to ensure safe operation of the substation. The new D200 intelligent inspection robot can achieve intelligent inspection functions such as image recognition, partial discharge detection, infrared temperature measurement, environmental monitoring, and device linkage, and can also perform functions such as closing switch operation, protective relay device operation, emergency disconnection operation, etc. After completing the inspection, it will automatically generate a report. By viewing the report, the staff can easily grasp the operation status of the high-voltage cabinet in the substation, timely detect abnormal information, and take measures to ensure safe operation of the substation.
